Rodolfo Baggio

Master in Tourism Università Bocconi

Born in Naples, he obtained a degree in Physics in Milan.

He has professionally taken care of computer technology in various companies in Italy and abroad, specialising in designing information systems and managerial training.

He is an information technology teacher at the Bocconi University in Milan, he coordinates the Sistemi Informativi e Tecnologie di Comunicazione (Information and Communication Technology Systems) area at the Master in Economy and Tourism of the same University and is research fellow at Dondena Center for Research on Social Dynamics.

He carried out researches and published works in the technologies for tourism field. He held courses and conferences in Italian and foreign Universities.

Currently he takes care of the application of chaos and complexity theories and network analysis of tourist destinations.

Concerning this topic, he obtained a PHD at the School of Tourism, of the University of Queensland, Australia.
