Tao Tao is Co-founder and COO at GetYourGuide. Under his guidance GetYourGuide has built the world’s largest collection of over 25’000 travel activities in more than 2000 destinations worldwide.

From guided tours and desert safaris to balloon rides and canal cruises, his team makes sure that travelers enjoy the fun part of the trip everywhere they go.

Founded in 2009, GetYourGuide is backed by Spark Capital, Highland Capital and PROfounders Capital. Tao studied economics at Tilburg University & Peking University, and physics at ETH Zurich where he met his co-founders.

Besides traveling, he is a passionate football player.
