Sr. Director, Market Management Southern Europe & European Regional Territories Expedia

Walter has a twenty-year experience in the tourism sector. In his current role as Senior Director for Southern Europe in Expedia, he is responsible for the teams that manage Italy, Spain, and Portugal and that work with the hotel partners, taking care of the marketing strategies management with the different brands of the Expedia group.

Before this current position, Lo Faro worked in Dubai for 5 years, where he opened and managed Expedia offices for the Middle East and Indian Ocean; always for Expedia group, he covered the positions of Director for London and for Scandinavia.

In the past, Walter worked in the TUI group, covering various positions in the sales departments, revenue and commercial management, thus specializing in various destinations of the Mediterranean.
